THE BIG
FIVE TRUTHS
OF THE UNIVERSE
GOD'S SIGNATURE IN THE UNIVERSE AND IN LIFE
Is the Universe a Happy Accident or a Grand Design?
Explore the intersection of cosmology, quantum mechanics, and faith through the Five Big Truthsthat govern our existence.

About the Book
Throughout history, we have looked at the stars and asked: Why are we here?. Modern science tells us the universe began with a Big Bang, but what sparked the fire?
The Big Five Truths of the Universe takes you on a journey from the subatomic to the galactic. It challenges the idea that we are the result of random chance. Through the lens of the ‘Big Five Truths’—Origin, Constants, Order, Fine-Tuning, and Life—author Badr Basalama argues that the cosmos displays a ‘signature’ of intentional design.
Whether you are a skeptic, a seeker, or a believer, this book invites you to look at the evidence of physics and biology and decide for yourself: Is there a Creator behind the cosmos?”
The "Five Big Truths" Feature Section
- The Beginning: The universe is not eternal; it had a specific, explosive birth—the Big Bang.
- The Cosmic Code: Gravity, light, and energy didn't just appear; precise laws and constants arose simultaneously with the universe's birth
- From Chaos to Order: How did a chaotic explosion transform into organized galaxies and star systems? The universe naturally evolved toward structure, not disorder.
- The Fine-Tuning: Imagine a radio dial set to the exact frequency for life. One nudge, and the universe would be empty. We exist in the 'Goldilocks Zone'.
- The Spark of Life: From dead matter to the complex information code of DNA, the emergence of life is the ultimate cosmic mystery
