An engineer who kept asking why

Badr Basalama grew up between Hadramout, Aden and Sana'a, studied petroleum engineering in Germany, and spent more than forty years in government, development work, international organizations and private industry. Along the way he kept reading the Greek philosophers, the Enlightenment thinkers, Al-Ghazali and Ibn Rushd. His books treat science and faith as complementary lenses on the same reality.
